Benefits of vitamin

Vitamins are some types of organic substances. Vitamins are required by an organism in small amounts in order to sustain life. Everyone wants sufficient quantities of vitamin for growth, vitality and completing other body functions. If vitamins are not synthesized in the body in sufficient quantity then they must be obtained from food because vitamins deficiencies may give rise to several diseases and other health hazards. According to me and science “life without vitamins is impossible”.

Vitamins are essential for growth, metabolism, mental health, digestion, immunity (resistance to bacterial reactions), for maintaining normal appetite and to enabling the body to use other essential nutrients such as carbohydrates, fats, proteins and minerals. Vitamin B complex is a group of vitamins that includes thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, B-6, folate, B-12, pantothenic acid, biotin and choline.

There are many benefits of vitamin B complex including increased energy levels, moods stability, healthy skin, hair and eyes, beneficial for proper nervous and immune system function. We need adequate amounts of vitamin B complex group every day to insure the proper function of many systems of our body. Most people notice an improvement in memory and ability to concentrate, as well as a decrease in depressed feelings and irritability.

Body needs vitamin B complex in order to convert carbohydrates into glucose, this action is performed by the cells under the process called METABOLISM.
